To establish a democracy in Iraq would undo a heritage that has lasted hundreds of years. An aristocracy can succeed where a democracy can not. The Iraqi people will need representatives to speak for them and a democracy is unable to do that. If an aristocracy was started immediately in Iraq the chaos would stop and Iraq may start to rebuild its nation.
