Television is a form of media that has great ability to influence and brainwash the viewing public, especially children. The "talking box" in one's living room has assumed the overpowering role it plays today as a result of the weakness of society. food companies stop selling violence and unhealthy food, there would be a minor amount of violence ceased; and there would be less children obese. Practically all businesses would be bankrupt because most corporations make food directed towards children. We, as a society, are responsible for making television a threat. It is our duty, as a population, to work together to steer away from the tube to the values that will strengthen us as a whole.
