War Argument
Introduction
Throughout time mankind has had many conflicts with each other. Be it of religious, racial or cultural differences or a multitude of many other things, war has almost always become the solution. When looking back at the past, it seems that war is inevitable whenever two or more competing parties do not agree with each other over a common solution. The question at hand is whether or not war is the answer.

outweighs the first and this fulfills the criteria of entering into a just war.
Conclusion (Thesis)
After looking at the two sides of the argument I have concluded that a war against Iraq at this time would not be just. It would not be just because one or more of these criteria are not met, and according to the Just War Theories all criteria must be met in order for a war to be just.
