D.H. Lawrence's idea of "voices of our education" has a broader meaning than one might think. It comes from society, from the outside world. These voices are only helpful if one listens, and through texts such as "Snake" "Brave New World" and "Rime of The Ancient Mariner" these voices will be thoroughly studied to reveal how they shape our decision making.

to make the right choice. To this day I regret instances like this one, because I know it really hurt the girl.
Throughout countless centuries of literature and my own personal experiences society has not overcome their "voices of education" These voices were apparent 800 years ago and are still here today. These instances of personal experience and classic literature prove how man can be careless about the feelings of others and only care about themselves.
