Competitive - resembles the normal substrate and
competes for the active site
Noncompetitive - Doesn't enter the active site, but binds
elsewhere to the enzyme and distorts the shape of the active site so the substrate can no longer fit.
Negative Feedback - Products of the reaction block the reaction
Ex: If too much ATP is produced during ATP synthesis, ATP acts as its own inhibitor to stop ATP production
