Considering I face a great deal of stress throughout my daily life I found this an interesting topic that I could relate to. I always wondered what causes stress and his essay on it helped me understand a great deal. From what I have learned about stress I can blame all my stressful problems on teachers, work, and my parents because without those I could go about life stress free.
