about, but there is so much more, and because of this I am going to do more research on my own just to get a deeper understanding on some of the things I didn't write about.
I do know one thing though I think we take a lot of thing for granted not fully understanding the way we can change or alter our state of consciousness especially for the good of our minds and body.
