Therefore, by separating the inputs to certain brain target regions, researches determined that the synapse elimination returned to a normal response to external stimuli (Montanaro and Carbonetto, 2001). In conclusion, both articles examined the synapse with in the brain, however the peer review article was much more in depth, concerning the data, results, and illustrations. The popular press article was intended for my level of understanding, which made it easy to read.
