Parliamentary Procedures
What exactly are "parliamentary procedures" (or "parliamentary law")? The term "parliamentary law" is often described as being "the rules to the game of democracy". Parliamentary law (from now on it will be called "p-law") is also used as the guideline for the making of laws and criminal punishments. So basically, all a p-law is, is a set of rules for making rules.
