Parkinson's disease was first discovered by a British physician named James Parkinson. He published a paper about the disease called "the shaking palsy". Around the early 1960s, researchers found a form of brain damage. People with Parkinson's should keep a good balance health ,they should have a highly diet level, take a multivitamins daily, they should have control with their stress, exercise regularly and they should also maintain a low-protein diet, because excessive protein will interfere with absorption of most of the drugs used for treating the disease.
