that neither of the conditions is just. In evaluation which condition contains more elements of justice, I have proven that an oppressive government is more likely to offer protection from internal and external violence, which is the individual's just due. I have also proven that governmental oppression is subject to limits that would not affect oppression from other societal institutions. Thus we can only conclude that an oppressive government is more desirable than no government.
