that light he did a swell job. Morgan's stance on McKinley is somewhat confusing at times because he shows him as reluctant, but when McKinley acts he speaks well of him. This is a good read for those interested in focusing attention of presidential ideals on the Cuban situation. For those wanting a broader overview of the Cuban situation perhaps a more detailed book covering both America's position and Spain's position would be in order.
