Despite this, Memento is an original and thought provoking film which gives us an insight into the characteristics and importance of memory - how memory is fragmented, unreliable and important as part of our identity. I would highly recommend this film to those who enjoy being challenged and intrigued by the complexity and depth of a film. 4 out of 5 stars.
