…showed last 75 words of 1030 total…stray from their roles as guardians on more then one occasion between the 1820and 30s by allowing the racism and prejudice. Although I do agree with the Jacksonian beliefs, I do think some of their actions were horrible. They strived to make the country better for white men, just imagine what could have been accomplished if they had also tried for women and ethnicities. So the torch was passed from one generation to the next.
