The pharmaceutical industry has produced many drugs that have benefited man. Political frameworks designed to govern the industry must maintain these benefits, however, regulation needs to be adequately strong enough to protect public health from drugs that are unsafe, ineffective, or unnecessary. Bush has developed many prescription plans of their years as well, however it seems impossible to please everyone. Many of the plans that satisfy governmental needs are not delighting the consumers or the pharmaceutical companies. It appears that no matter what is done involving drug regulation and prescription drug plans, that there will always be an organization ready to oppose it.
