we live in a world where no one is perfect. To ask a group of imperfect
people to do a perfect job in predicting the actions of another human
being would be unrealistic. The parole system offers aid to those in
need and though there are those who have re-offended while on parole,
there is no doubt that there would have been many more cases of
re-offending had the parole system not been established.
