…showed last 75 words of 1447 total…now, just to keep me sane and to help me control my OCD (especially when I'm in public places). Most helpful has been knowing that while my friends and family do not encourage my "weirdness", they accept it, try to be patient, and try to understand that I can't just make myself stop. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is a dreadful illness, but thanks to medicine and technology we can better understand the people who suffer from it.
