In conclusion a contract was established between Placebo and Datamine, there was a breach of contract on the part of Datamine, Datamine will compensate Placebo in the form of contract damages, but Datamine will probably not be liable for any consequential damages that resulted from its faulty product due to Datamine's effective use of warranty disclaimers.
