For my paper I visited with Mrs. Whitson, the Director of a mental health agency called Keystone Services. This is a psychiatric rehabilitation program for children and adolescences. Since this program provides a wide range of services for clients and their families who are affected by a mental disorder, it is essential that their communication is one that sets a good example. Ms. Whitson has many responsibilities involved with her job position and I think she is an extraordinary director.
