Capital punishment, or the death penalty is one of the most
debated issues in the Criminal Justice Sysem and is a very
controversial issue among society. The two most common
views are either completely for or against capital
punishment. Most arguments against the death penalty are
for moral reason. They view it as cruel and unusual
punishment, whereas aguements for the death penalty say "an
eye for an eye."
