Buddhism is complex, not only as a relgion, but a way of
life. Buddhists will spend their whole lives searching for a
goal, the attainment of nirvana. To reach this goal a
buddhist must devote his life to Dharma, the teachings of
Buddha, and give up his possesions, for they have no
permanent identity. This concept of no personal identity is
called no-self. Wisdom is a deep understanding of no-self,

devote your life to something such as teachings of a man
that died many years ago, and base everything on that, when
you can be a part of something you like and want to do,
rather than something you feel you must. Not a lot of
possitivity can come out of "All is suffering" really,
because that's what they believe, and they won't be easily
persuaded otherwise.
