Blaise Pascal's "The Wager" is not an argument for the existence of God but rather an argument as to why one should believe in the Christian God. It may seem like a good idea but in my opinion Pascal fails to make a valid argument. Lastly I showed that even if an unbeliever believed in the Christian God and he actually existed that he still wouldn't go to heaven because everything he believes is out of a fear of going to hell and God would see that as selfish. Although I can't tell you what the best bet is, I can tell you that wagering on God is not it.
