be chaos and the peace that was there before will be gone. It would be better to have no motto at all than to have just three words that everyone has to follow. With no motto the people are free to think and act however they want. With no motto at all there will be some chaos, but they will be only a few people causing the chaos instead of everyone causing it at once.
